In the realm of hearts, where bonds I’ve spun,
A tale unfolds under the setting sun.
A tale of love, of laughter, and fun,
Yet, ends in solitude, when all is done.
Close were we, in joy and strife,
Shared dreams and fears in the dance of life.
Yet, as seasons changed, so did our tune,
The bond I cherished faded too soon.
Abandonment, such a bitter pill,
A void within me no words can fill.
A silent echo, a lingering chill,
A love forsaken, against my will.
Why do hearts, once entwined, part ways?
Why does warmth fade in the sun’s blaze?
Is it the allure of the unknown gaze,
Or the monotony of familiar days?
Yet, in my heartache, wisdom lies,
In every sunset, a sunrise.
Though bonds may break, and trust may die,
The strength within me forever lies.
So here’s to the hearts, once held near,
To the bonds broken, in love or fear.
May I find strength in a falling tear,
And in abandonment, a path clear.
